PURCHASES THROUGH INTERNET RETAILERS: For purchases made through participating internet retailers, patients are eligible for a $150 rebate (on an annual supply of lenses from the DAILIES® AquaComfort Plus® or DAILIES TOTAL1® Brand Families).
