Jewel is running a pretty great catalina offer this week on General Mills products: Spend $20 in selected products and earn a catalina for $5 off your next purchase PLUS 50 box Tops for Education. As usual, what’s great about this catalina promotions is that you can use your preferred card to get a better deal. Here are a couple of scenarios that I liked:
Buy six Yo Plus or Fiber One Yogurts 2/$6.70 price without card
Use $1/1 coupons from 1/3 SS insert or printables on Coupons.com, Smartsource or Betty Crocker.com
Use your preferred card to get sale price of 2/$3
Pay $3 plus tax out of pocket and get $5 catalina back plus the 50 BTFE
The Progresso soups can also be a good deal, and get them for less than 50 cents each:
Buy 20 progresso classic soups
Use six $1.10/3 printable coupons from Coupons.com, Smartsource or Betty Crocker
Pay $13.40 out of pocket and earn a $5 register rewards back.
That’s like paying $0.43 per can. This could be less if the shelf price of the soup is higher than $1. Calculate the total $20 based on the shelf price and use your preferred card to get a good deal.
There’s also another catalina deal on Ragu: buy three and get a $2 catalina back. Each is on sale $1.50 Each. Use the $1/2 coupon from 11/15 RP insert. Buy six jars for $9. Use three $1/2 manufacturer coupons. Pay $6 out of pocket and get two $2 catalinas back. That’s like paying $2 for six jars of Ragu.
