Wouldn’t it be great to be able to take HD video and pictures on the go. But even our high end ‘point and shoot’ camera can’t do that. Sure, the camera will take decent photos, but the video is never that good. Its amazing what the new Flip Slide HD can do. Not only can it take up to 4 hours (16 GB) of HD video, but you can flip up the ‘touch sensitive’ side to turn your video camera into an instant 3 inch (diagonal) screen to playback and view all your videos.
This little camera is pretty amazing. The LCD screen resolution is 400 x 240 and takes video at 1280 x 720. It has built in speakers for playback listening, and a flip out USB arm for easy connect to any USB port (plus a HDMI connection). The built in software is designed to easily edit and transfer your video (or captured still photos) directly to Facebook, Myspace, and YouTube.
Win IT!

I remember when my dad taught me to drive. He was patient even when I completely stopped to change lanes and almost got us killed. At least he had the foresight to take me out at 6 in the morning.

My dad helped me remodel my kitchen. He was over almost every day for a month and it was so fun to have that time with him.

I never had any moments like that with my dad, my grandmother raised me, but I LOVE watching my husband with our children. Those are the best moments!!
My dad playing baseball in the back yard with me when Iwas a little girl!
I played cards with my dad every night after dinner. He was self employed and worked all the time so we didn’t see him much, but he always made time for me every night. Now that I have kids I know how important it is to find time for them. Thank you Dad!

My favorite memory with my daddy was one year while we were at the beach, he spent all day standing in the pool catching me as I would jump in. He never complained!
My Dad and I went fishing when I was about 10, we took a blow up boat down a local river and fished all day (until the boat popped and we had to walk the rest of the way down river to our car, LOL). Still, what a great memory! I would love to have a movie of us on that day! Thanks for the GREAT giveaway!
My dad wasn’t around when I was younger. That’s why seeing my husband with our kids is even more special to me. I would love to be able to give him this awesome gift.

One of my Dad’s favorite pass times was juggling. This one time during a big family gathering, he got everyone’s attention and he started juggling all sorts of thing (oranges, socks, bananas). Then for the finale he juggled a few coffee grinds….he was so convincing in his performance I thought for years he actually juggled coffee grinds! Puts a HUGE smile on my face when I think of this.
Dad and I shared a great day in Atlantic City – every machine he touched was a winner – We had so much fun going from machine to machine and cashing out winnings – Then he treated me to a great dinner!
He’s not my dad (obviously), but I’ll never forget the moment I saw my husband become a Daddy. When he held our firstborn for the first time, there was this look on his face I had never seen before. It was incredible! He’s been beaming with pride ever since!

My dad had cancer and after many treatments was given 6-12 months to live. He convinced myself, my husband, my brother and my sister to go sky diving. I jumped out of a plane from 13,000 feet! It was the greatest experience of my life!
was when I would get up about 10 minutes early when I was young, just to have coffee with him. Yes I was a kid having coffee, never finshed a full cup at that time. I would make my cup of coffee just like him. Half the time he would tell me to be quiet because I yapped to much, lol. I learned as I became an adult that he was enjoying his quiet time! LOL!
My dad and brothers walking me down the aisle.

Going out to eat and with my dad to pick up his paycheck on his paydays when I was preschool age. It was great because it was just him and I.
The moment I felt the most love looking at my father was when he pulled up at the family house, over 12 hours after escaping from the twin towers collapsed on 9-11. We never thought he would be one of the lucky ones since he is disabled.
My dad walking me down the isle was a great memory!

They didn’t see my kite, but the balloon, and they asked my dad if the hot air balloon was my kite. I answered “of course, I am Pippi Longstocking”. My Dad almost cracked up and told the two Ladies “that’s right, she is Pippi Longstocking!

My dad worked nights, so he was always there during the day if I need him. He always came to my school field trips with me and I adored him for that.
It is hard to pick just one! I loved all our family camping trips we would take growing up. He would take us on so many adventures to new places. He always made family a priority!!

A perfect father’s day gift for dad!
My husband is the father in my life, and he is always so supportive of me and the kids. Right now, he is spending the next 4 days with his father and uncle ripping out our 55-year-old kitchen and giving me a beautiful new one.
My husband is the most patient dad in the world with our 3-year old girls – and he is a stay-at-home dad, which takes A LOT of patience!
Even though I no longer have my dad, one of my fondest memories when I was a little girl, was when Dad would take me and my sister fishing. We hiked a long way, but once we got their, Dad would sit on his bucket next to us (we were both around 5 or 6) and put a worm on our fishing lines and tell us the most interesting stories.
My memory of my father is how he was always pointing a camera in our face. It was a real trial to me at the time (not fond of the camera lens!) but now that I am older I can see what precious gift he gave all of us, being able to look back at those videos and see every stage of our lives. The memories of every recital, ceremony, party and special moment (even the every day ocurrences) are priceless.
I remember late night talks with my dad in high school. I loved those talks….
I loved planting tomatoes with my dad growing up. It was special “us” time (because my brothers were uninterested). I have tender feeling toward gardens to this day because of helping my dad out when I was younger.
My dad took me to DC to visit all the monuments and attractions. It was an awesome day-cation with only him.
My dad and I loved to race each other in the yard….he usually beat me. I think maybe I could beat him now!!
My dad helping me fix up my first “starter” home has been very memorable! And thank God for him, or else I’d be making even more of a mess as opposed to fixing up my house!
My husband is the best dad! I love to see him interacting with our children. He is a big kid. He is also very patient.
Favorite memory was when my father drove me to college. =)
One of my favorite memories with my dad was our family camping trips!
I had to pay my own way through college because times were tough. Whenever my parents would come to visit, my dad would sneak me $20 and tell me to do something for me. It is something we still havent told my mom.
I know it has been said already, but last month my dad walked me down the aisle and I wouldn’t trade that moment for anything.
One of most memorable moments with my dad was him taking uson picnics while my mom was sleeping…it was quite time for her but we enjoyed the time with him. It was always a taco bell taco bowl salad…do they still make them.
Learning to ride a bike. He was right behind me and then suddenly diappeared. Of course when I realized this I fell down, but he made me get right back on and I learned to trust and never look back.

I have so enjoyed watching my dad be a grandfather to my children. It has been such a special experience!
My Dad taught me how to Bowl when I was little and we bowled together for years until I graduated High School.
Being raised by a Muslim father, my Dad didn’t show a lot of emotion. We really didn’t have one on one time. My dad had a stroke before my college graduation. I remember walking into the icu room wearing my cap and gown and seeing his face light up. I always knew he loved me and was proud of it but didn’t show it publicly.

My dad is one of my very best friends. He has always sacrificed so much for my family, and has never once complained. My senior year of high school I had to opportunity to work at the same office he does, and I saw for the first time in my life my father as a business man, not as just dad. It was incredible for me to notice the respect he has at work, but not only that, but the love and passion which he had for his job. I saw my dad through new eyes, and we were able to interact together in a different way than as parent/child, but as peers and co-workers. I loved every second of it!
My dad would take us to an amusement park every year for a family vacation. He would also bring a video camera (back then in the 80’s they were super bulky). I loved those trips and watching the videos. He would love to use this camera to shoot video of his one week old grandson.

My dad used to take family pictures growing up and he would say “ok, one more” about 500 times!!
My dad taking me to feed the ducks!!
My father would come home from work and walk right out to the backyeard with me to play catch, before even changing out of his work clothes! Those are the best memories I have of him.
My favorite times spent with my dad were Sunday afternoons on the golf course.
I love seeing my dad interact with my daughter. She is his only grandchild, and she makes his face light up. We weren’t close as I was growing up, but I can tell that he is trying to make up for that with my daughter 🙂

I’ll never forget hanging on to my dad while on the back of his motorcycle when he’d take me for trips to nowhere in particular, just for the sake of enjoying the ride. When I think of it now, it’s a nice symbol of our closeness and the trust that I have in him. My life in his hands, and I never doubted for a minute that I’d be fine.
One of my favorite memories is when we both gave our lives to Christ at the same time. He is now deceased so that is a very special memory for me.

My Dad has polio. When I was a kid he used to come into our school classes and share pictures about his life struggles, triumphs and living life with polio. Now he goes to my daughters classes every year and share’s the same story. Pretty special!
When I was little I had a rocking house. I would dress up in my cowgirl outfit and make my dad sit beside me in his rocking chair wearing a cowboy hat while I rocked on my rocking horse. We have pictures!
one special moment was going to Super Bowl XXIII with my dad
My mom left for work earlier than my dad so he was the one to help me get ready for school when I was little. I remember he got very good at learning how to braid pigtails in a little girl’s hair! lol
Watching my Dad play baseball with my kids in the backyard.
When I was little my dad used to carry me on his shoulders and I love it.
I also posted about this on Facebook. :o)
My Dad never missed a track meet, basketball game, softball game, or dance recital. He would always be in the same spot and I knew I could just look there to get a mental boost or a smile or a cheer.
My dad was not a very good father, but he had a stroke a couple of years ago and I took over assisting him with his medical paperrwork. It has been good getting to know him as an adult and understanding him more about him and why he is how he is.
I was never that close with my dad, but I am very close with my father in law. I love to watch him interact with his grandchildren. He just beams every time he is around them, and makes me feel grateful for having him in my life. I also love to watch my husband read to my kids, especially my youngest, who loves to hear his daddy’s voice.
I’d have to say teaching me how to drive, it was the first time I heard him use a bad word….very special!
My dad is amazing. He never hesitates to help me with a car issue or a home repair issue.
Thanks!
My dad used to take each of us kids (10 of us) one at a time, out for a fancy dinner and shopping around Christmas time when we were young. I thought it was the coolest thing ever~

Special moments at the golf course when I was a young girl…

I have had so many special moments with my dad but one that really gets to me is when I told him I was pregnant with his first grandchild. I actually found out about 3 days before fathers day and made him a card saying happy fathers day grandpa. He was in shock. He actually thought it was a joke at first and didnt come to the realization for a bit but that was a priceless, exciting moment. And now he is the best grandfather ,to my now 2 yr old daughter, that I can ask for.
My dad used to play soccer in the yard with me all the time!
My dad passed away the end of March and every day I think about the years of awesome memories. Most recently, I was admiring how he helped me take a couple of the inserts out of my kitchen cabinets and replaced them with glass. They look awesome! My dad rocked!

My dad wasn’t around when I was a kid and is barely still around. My favorite moment we shared was when he called a few weeks ago. He said he just called to say sorry and that he was proud of me and my accomplishments. That’s the best moment.
He came to visit me alone in Texas when I graduated from my Air Force boot camp in 1999.
my dad teaching me how to drive
The day that my 4 year old ended up in the hospital when she was less than 1 years old. She had Croope. I did everything in my power to keep her alive and breathing throughout the night. The next day I took her in and the Dr. sent us right over to the ER. My husband left work right away and stayed at her bedside for 2 days…just staring at her with fear in his eyes. He is an amazing father with so much love for his children.
I have to say when my dad bought me a used car when I was 16. I was so excited until I noticed that it was a stick shift. My dad said anyone can drive an automatic. He had so much fun trying to teach me to drive without it stalling over and over again!

My dad making me laugh right before I walked down the aisle. My dad letting me steer the car when we were going anywhere. So much fun.
I remember gardening with my dad, planting then being so excited when the seeds popped up!
My Dad was an avid tennis player. He introduced my siblings and I to the game. We played in tournaments and traveled to the National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows Queens to watch the U.S. open. I’ll always remember the time he spent with us on the court.
My dad passed when I was 7 years old, but I remember fondly sitting with my siblings as he sang and played his ukulele. I missed out on many “Daddy-daughter moments” like him walking me down the aisle, holding my two children, etc., but have enjoyed watching my husband share these special moments with our children.
When our sons were born..
The special moments I remember the most would be watching NASCAR racing together. He loved it!
a perfect gift for a first father’s day!
Fishing off of a dam (only the once) and a water mocassin stealing our catfish (string and all). This is probably why we didn’t do much fishing thereafter, lol.
I am very blessed to have a few wonderful fathers in my life and love them all…
I remember my Dad taking me to a comedy show for my 21st Birthday. He didn’t tell me what was going on, just dragged me around until he found the theater.
The first time I went on a mission trip with my dad to Zimbabwe, Africa was amazing. I will cherish that memory forever.
My Dad used to take me out on the boat to fish early in the morning on the weekends. It was a lot of fun!
A special moment with my dad was when I was in middle school & he had to go away for a conference for a long weekend & I got to go with him, the drive was especially memorable for me & things we talked about & learned.
Visiting our new granddaughter in the NICU last Thursday….was born at only 26 weeks gestation and weighs only 1 lb 12 ozs….a special moment for us to share together
I remember my dad always being there for me, esp. through difficult times.
I love it when my Dad use to take me to work with him. I thought it was great that I could sit in a grown up chair/desk and meet his coworkers.
my special moment with dad was when he walked me down the aisle at my wedding
Special moments shared with my Dad involve him taking me fishing as a kid – I just got to do it again several weeks ago!! Not many fish….but it was a beautiful day hanging out on the boat with my dad – priceless!!

I had so many special moments with my dad. He would always stop by just when I needed him. He had an amazing intuition!
Watching my dad hold my son for the first time. It was special to see his reaction to his first grandchild. Words can’t describe that once in a lifetime moment.

When my Dad was dying. I was a mess. I would come home from the hosptial and sit on the couch and cry. Even now I have tears in my eyes. My then 16 year old son told my Dad how sad I was. He said she just crys and I don’t know what to do. When I was alone with my Dad in his room. He looked at me and said “Thank You”. I asked for what…he said for being his daughter. I would love this camera to catch family memories…so they can be passed down. To tell the stories of my father so my son can some day share these with his children.
Dad took me to my first foot ball game.

I helped my Dad to finish a room in our basement for my very own bedroom. He told other people I was a good worker and I think that has motivated me to work hard ever since.
My dad taught me how to play golf. I’ll always cherish those days on the course.
One special memory is just before my dad walked my down the aisle at my wedding.
Special moments with my dad, there are almost too many to choose just one! But you can’t really beat this amazing moment with my dad – he performed my wedding! Can’t get much more personal than your dad being the one to marry you!

Cooking with my dad
One of my favorite moments with my Dad when I was little and he would take me for a ride on the back of his motorcycle.
My wedding…he got to walk me down the aisle and the father daughter dance was also nice.
Softball and ice cream every Saturday night during the summer with my father, such good times!!!
My mind is blank and I can’t think of a special moment. I will have to give that some thought.

My dad attempting to teach us to be a gourmet cook like him.
The most special moment is when my Dad walked me down the aisle at my wedding….I am my Dad’s “baby girl” and it just made it that much sweeter for him.
Going to college basketball games together
We do not have a video camera and would like to capture the moments of our 2-year old daughter. We adopted her from Russia last year, a 2.5 year-process, and this will be my husband’s first father’s day as a dad. We are so blessed!
My dad is always helping DH and I out around the house, he is teaching us a lot about the challanges of home ownership!
My Dad drove 14 hours straight, after just being at my house three days earlier ,to make it in time for the birth of my twins.

Love all the time we spend up on the mountain!
I have such an awesome Dad. I think one my favorite memories was seeing him, with tears on his face, after my now-husband and I arrived home from a two-month mission trip overseas. He is such a hard worker, but has such a tender heart!

thanks for the giveaway.
Dad & I always built things together—loved that!
My dad was in the hospital last year and almost didn’t make it. He did come home after a month and it was a special time that we have been thankful for.
The Dad in my life who would receive this amazing camera is my honey, my little girl’s Daddy. We all just returned from our first real family vacation – it was perfect with just one exception…. We had captured some truly amazing photos on our camera – Daddy saw, for the first time in his life, a herd of 12 bachelor bull elk surrounding him – all within 50 feet from where he stood AND we memorialized some of the best family photos we’d ever taken. BUT…….. after visiting a park in Calistoga, CA and snapping shots of my little girl and a playmate she had just befriended, I made the horrible mistake of setting the camera on the top of the car as I buckled my daughter into her carseat. Yes, you guessed it…. bye bye camera. After an hour had lapsed we realized the mistake and returned to the scene only to discover the camera had been discovered and taken (we visited the police dept. just around the corner but no one had turned it in). The vacation was a very special one but I sure would love to present this wonderful Daddy with a new camera to replace the one I lost and to capture more wonderful family moments.
My dad and I shared a very touching moment during the Father/Daughter dance at my wedding. As we had just lost my mom to cancer a few months earlier, dancing together was very emotional!
I just changed my facebook status. Meghaniam@hotmail.com
One my favorite memories is when I was a little girl and I would get up early before school and spend time with my dad as he listened to the news. It was our time together every morning.
My dad is our “Easter Bunny.” He takes pride in filling baskets for us and the kids every year. Love Easter with dad.
My husband as he was with me when our daughter was delivered 9 months ago.
Thanks for the opportunity!!!!!
I LOVED having “Daddy-daughter dates” with my dad when I was younger. Mom would take me downtown and meet my dad for a special lunch while my 3 brothers were still in school. 🙂
My dad and I watched cartoons together every morning before school 🙂 Actually he watched them and then I started getting into them as I got older. We used to play these silly word games whenever we went to pick up food or wash the cars or whatever. We still do it whenever we drive somewhere together. Never too old to play around with Dad!
The special dad in my life is my husband. We waited many years to start a family, and now we have a beautiful two-year-old little girl who inherited not only her daddy’s serious stubborn streak, but also his fearless sense of adventure. My most recent special moment with him was a few night ago when the little one was too tired to do much of anything and was having a serious meltdown. She desperately needed a bath. Her daddy didn’t hesitate–he hopped into the tub and bathed her himself while I assisted. She calmed down immediately, soothed by the warm water and her daddy’s presence. It was a precious moment.
At my wedding my dad has made a special slideshow of pictures of me from my childhood. It was a complete surprise. And totally special!!! Gotta love Dad.
My Dad and Grandfather used to wake my sister and I up very early, take us for a doughnut and chocolate milk and then fishing in a small boat. We had our own small fishing rods, which I thought was very special and would spend the day on a tiny dingy in a little local lake, fishing, baiting with Velveeta(and eating some along the way) and eventually playing at the edge of the water and finding all kinds of stuff around the lake. My Dad and Grandfather would filet the fish(which I thought was totally gross) and we’d take them home and my Mom would fry them for dinner. Those were the best Saturdays ever!
I remember having to make a solar system in 5th grade. My genius dad spray painted my styrofoam planets and the next morning they were just globs where the spray paint had melted he styrofoam. We laugh about it now but I was in tears when I saw that mess.
The thing I enjoy most about my Dad is what a great grandfather he is to my kids. He’s so funny and playful and imaginative. He’s built a treehouse for them. He made a “house” out of a large cardboard box. He uses his stethoscope (retired doctor) to check their stuffed animals. They laugh themselves silly when they are with him! I love that!

My dad has always played the dual role for my brother and I. We lost our mom young, so dad has played the dual role through my graduation, my wedding and the birth of my brother’s first child. He even participated in my bridal shower and the baby shower for my brother’s child. Now that’s commitment!!!!

Going to work with my Dad on special days.
The Dad I would give this to would be my husband…he is by far the best dad I know. Unfortunately he is deployed right now and so this would be great to send to him with some video of the kids on it and so he can send some video back of himself for the kids. There are so many great moments but when I saw him playing dress up with our 2 (now 3) year old daughter it was by far one of my favorites…he let her put lipstick on him (fake but still hilarious), curl his hair, and he even pretended to put the tutu on…He is the best and we miss him so much!
My Father-in-law just shared his story of what happened when he got shot in Vietnam. It was heart-wrenching to hear that his fight for life was to meet his 1st born son (my husband now). Sorry this is kinda sad to post, but a happy ending 🙂

My dad is longer with us, but I hold his memory close to my heart. I never understood exactly how he could handle having 7 girls, but he did an amazing job. For that I am forever grateful. My father never got mad, but he had this unique way of getting even. When I was 17, I purchased my first car and hid it from him. I lived in San Francisco at the time on an extremely steep hill. I parked the car about 6 blocks away from the house to keep it from him. About a year later, he asked me why I was parking so far away when there was parking right outside our house, to which I replied, “How long have you known?” He said, “The day you bought it!”
My dad took my sister and I to Disney World for the first time when we were little and I remember having the greatest time. We recently went (my dad, my sis and her husband, my niece, my daughter and me) and it was great to have a reunion together and be able to include our kids.
I am leaving a great memory of my father in law who just passed away. I just had a baby boy and not having him be there for the birth of our third child was pretty tough. I think of him everyday while I am burping my child. Funny memory, but with my girls he was always the one to burp them and make them smile after they had a bottle.
I played basketball from the time I was 3 through college, and every Saturday until I went to college, we’d go eat breakfast at a local diner before my games/practice. Even in high school, and when my dad traveled across country to surprise me to watch me play in college, he took me out for a “healthy breakfast” then too!
My dad taught me to cook my favorite dish. And I mention this to DH everytime i make it at home even after all these years.:-)

A special moment with my husband was when our 2nd child was born. Our first child was born in the car on the way to the hospital with my husband driving, so he didn’t really feel like he got to be there when our son was born! When our second baby was born, everything went “normally” 🙂 , and he was right by my side cheering me on. Very special!

The first time I was old enough to take my Dad to lunch, he got so excited he spilt his drink all over the table. I told him I could not take him anywhere- as he used to say to my sister and I when we spilt our drink.
One particular event/moment that I remember with my father was in the morning I would wake up early to watch the Bozo show and he would be getting ready for work and he would sit and watch it with me for a few minutes. It was just our time, I didn’t have to share him with my brother or sister. 🙂

Loved going camping every summer – very fun!
My parents were divorced and when I would spend weekends with my dad, he would wake me up by telling me I had a phone call. I would get up and go to the phone, but of course no one was on the phone. This only worked a couple of times, but I think he just wanted me to wake up to spend more time with him.
my dad taught me how to drive a stick in a church parking lot. i got two trips around the lot and then it was time for work. later, he would be coming to get me crying. i got stuck in and intersection and got too frustrated to get the car going. i got more lessons after that!

The best moments I have spent with my dad is when we would travel. I wish we would have had this to record the trips we have taken.
After my husband passed away suddenly at the age of 40, my Dad was really there for me. He took me down to Florida after the funeral and would not let me crawl into a hole and forget that I was still alive. He knew exactly what I needed, not crying and dispair but to be grateful for the time I had with my husband and to embrace and enjoy the life I have left. My Dad got me thru the worst time of my life and he is my hero.
I loved the bedtime stories my dad told me as a kid.

My favorite moment was when I saw my husband’s face when we finalized the adoption of our son!!! Priceless! He is a WONDERFUL dad!!!
I have great memories of camping with my dad and my family at Big Bear.
Back in the days before every kid having a tv and computer in their room, my family owned one tv set and it was in the family room. On weekends, I’d stay home w/ my dad while my mom was out with friends or working. To avoid fighting over the tv, I got Saturdays and he got Sundays. Though, he’d watch all my Nickelodeon shows with me Saturday and I’d watch his sports Sundays. It was a fair trade and good quality time.
My dad is a man of few words, so on my wedding day when he wanted some time just for the 2 of us I was delightfully surprised. Early that morning before the craziness began (hair, make-up, pictures, etc) he and I went out to breakfast and just talked. He said things to me that I will always hold close to my heart. One comment he made that I will never forget, “I just want you to remember that I was the first man to ever fall in love with you.” I was happy to have that moment with him that I will cherish forever.
Thank you for the chance to win!!!
Walking down the aisle with my dad.
When my dad dropped everything and rushed to the hospital when my twins were born.
I remeber the first valentines day after our daughter was born my husband layed out a dozen roses for me and a few other trinkets and one long stem rose for our daughter with a note that said. ” Always remember i was the first man to buy you flower. Love Dad” I couldn’t help but feel my daughter was the luckiest girl in the world to be loved so much. I dried the rose in a book and saved the note in a album.
My Dad walking me down the aisle is very special.

When my daughter was born we had two first names that we loved and couldn’t choose. So as soon as my husband saw her, I asked which name does she look like, and I let him choose, and he was so right! She has definitely lived up to her unique name – Berklee!
My Dad would take us and any of our friends to away high school games, stay and enjoy the game and take us all back home.
many memories, which I’m thankful for, but now as my father is older and has parkinson’s, just sitting and talking with him and being thankful he’s still here is a blessing. 🙂
I remember when my family was at the Grand Canyon and my dad was trying to take pictures of us near the rim while at the same time freaking out that we were too close to the rim (my dad is very scared of heights).

My dad is the most patient man that I have ever met ! I hope I have inherited at least some of that !
My dad lived long enough to enjoy his granddaughter (the only one at that time) for 2 1/2 years.
I share a quick wit with my dad. We often would exchange puns about a random topic until one of us could think of nothing else to add.
It’s been 3 years since he passed away, and I miss him every day.
I love watching my dad smell the honeysuckle in the yard. He would often come inside with pollen on his face and if we were outside he would grab us and have us smell it as well.
My dad always picked me up after sports games. He would be at my games when he could. He always said I was doing a good job no matter how badly I played.
I cannot mention one special moment with a dad, because I witnessed a special moment four times as my husband met each of our children for the first time. Those times will be forever etched in my memory.
When I was a little girl, my dad always took me and my sisters to eat ice cream. One of my sweetest memories with my dad as an adult was one day I took him out to eat on his birthday and for dessert, we shared an ice cream sundae while we talked. Later that night, he told me that among all his daughers, I have always been very special to him. Ahwww…that was sooo touching!!
Every year, my dad and I go shopping for my mom at Christmas, then out to lunch together.
I will always remember our last family vacation to Hawaii before my dad passed away 5 years ago. Our family had the best time together!
I shared my father’s spiritual birthday when he passed 3 years ago. I’m lucky to have been with him to share his final moments. I love you Dad!
Fishing trips as a kid, usually ended with me just reading a book in the boat!
My dad raised me and my brother all by himself. There were lots of good moments. He is a great grandfather. He makes sure he is front in center for their special events too!
My most special day with my dad, was the day he came from the hospital. He was there for over a month after having a heart attack and suffering from some minor brain damage from lack of oxygen. We were so greatful to have him home. It was a day I will never forget.
A special memory that I have with my Dad is when he walked me down the aisle at my wedding. I love my dad!

Learning to waterski:)
Miss watching my dad water the entire lawn standing there with the hose – all 1 1/2 acres
Sundays out on the ocean fishing with Dad and the whole family. Had to be up early, but it was well worth it. Good times!
well my dad passed. my only memory was when i was about five he took me to k-mart to get my ears pierced. my fiance is a great dad to our daughter.I would love to win this for him
My husband and I love to take the kiddos on hikes, and a small camera like this would be perfect for all of those fun times!
Walking down the aisle together at my wedding.
Posted on FB….
I grew up without a father, but am so blessed by the wonderful Dad that my husband is to our kiddos. He loves to record everything, and our camera was stolen out of the car after my son’s baseball game.
A very special moment I shared with the dad was at my daughter’s wedding.
I remember how proud my Dad was when I won an outstanding student award in college. He had our picture taken (with me holding my plaque)so they could put it in his company newsletter.
My fondest memory of my dad is watching the White Soxs play at old Comiskey Park
I would love to win this for myself. I love gadgets.
I shared via facebook
Laughing with him about all the funny things my kids do. I love to see him laugh.
When a scared 16yr old girl told her parents she was expecting their first grandchild, she didn’t have a very good relationship with them… she’d been caught up in the common teenage mindset of invincibility and knowing nearly all there is to know. However, it had to be done. Her dad answered with a story of his own: Years earlier, when he was helping at his church’s program for abstinence education, he said aloud that he would never turn away from his own child if they happened down the wrong path…. and he never did.
Our relationship is so incredible now! I learned quickly what family really meant, and how much there always is to learn.
Dancing with my dad at my wedding was very special!
I follow you on Twitter and tweeted:
jennaod I just entered for a chance to win an Otterbox Case Make sure to stop by for you own chance to win https://bit.ly/cKCQQh #otter4dad
My husband is the most wonderful father. He makes a point of making special days with each of our three children, just one on one. He says he know that the day will soon come when they don’t want to be seen in public with their parents and he wants to have as much time with them now that he can.
Probably, one of the best times I have with my dad is – once or twice a year all of our family (kids, their spouses, and grandkids) go camping together for 4 to 5 days. We just got back a few days ago. Had a blast!
The special moment that dad and I shared was walking down the aisle at my wedding! 🙂
My dad used to take me camping a lot, I enjoyed it when I was little. Fishing & car stuff as well 🙂
There are so many, but I think the best was my father walking me down the aisle
There quite a few things that come to mind, but mostly I think of how my dad used to get up earlier than I would during the winter (which was early…we’re talking 6am) and go outside to start my car so it’d be warm.
One special moment with my dad? He lives far away and every time he comes up to visit is special for both of us.

He flew out to NM to surprise me right after I moved, so I wouldn’t feel lonely and to help me move in
This would be great…thanks for all the giveaway chances today!!!
My dad almost died about a year ago. So now, every time I’m with him is a special moment.
There is nothing specific that stands out…all the moments he’s helped with my vehicle, or loaned me money, well, all those moments are fabulous.
I would love to document the kids and dear old day playing and being together. It’s priceless!
My mom couldn’t drive, so we all had to go so my Dad could drive her to the grocery store. I hated shopping so he and I would stay in the van and play eye spy or barber shop (wow, he actually had hair 30 years ago!)
I loved playing catch with my dad when I was a kid!
My dad died of MS 1 1/2 years ago so memories are very dear to me. When I was 15 I was a slightly rebellious teenager. My “punishment” for the summer was to drive my dad where ever he needed to go (because of the MS he good no longer drive safely). That also happened to be the summer our new church was building and my dad was in charge of permits ect. I spent the summer driving him around to so many different county clerks and architects offices. But I truly enjoyed it and got to know my dad so much better!
I’m a subscriber. Thanks!
My father is an absolutely wonderful, generous and amazing man. My mother and my father’s loving wife and best friend passed away when I was young. Although there were 7 of us left to care for by himself he never lost hope in the Lord and God’s plan. He has always been there for me and my siblings and worked hard to provide for our family. I will always be thankful for him for staying strong for us and for all of the fantastic memories he still managed to give me of my childhood. He is now retired and is loving spoiling all his grandchildren and spending quality time as Grandpa 🙂 Love my dad forever and always…
My dad would go to all of my flute lessons with me… and take notes!
Wow, this really made me stop and think of ALL the great memories I’ve had with my dad (I think I will call him right now and tell him how much I love him and what a great daddy he has been). I’m really quite blessed!!! There is definately not one but thousands of great memories I’ve had with him. One that really sticks out is during my rehersal my dad and I practicing walking down the aisle. It was just ONE of those very special moments. I think we were both amazed by the pathos of the whole thing. Amazing!
The best memory I have of my Dad and I is serving together in the mission field. It was amazing!
My favorite moments with my dad are when we are talking about or watching sports. When he comes into town from AZ, I like to go with him to Blues hockey games. We share a love of sports.
I tweeted on Twitter.
The birth of our son!
I posted on my Facebook page.
My son’s first birthday
My Dad had custody of me from age 2. He took me almost everywhere he went. Tractor Pulls, car shows, flea markets… yup, I was a tom-boy 🙂
I remember the moments before I walked down the aisle as I stood with my hand in my dad’s arm. It was so sweet. He has always been my hero and I loved living out my dream of him giving me away at my wedding.
My dad always took me grocery shopping and buy me ice cream every week.
my dad is always the calm, sane one with the best advice! He has always been there for me – even when I screwed up! He helps me get straight financially, spiritually and emotionally… Actually he does that for me and both of my brothers. When I left an abusive relationship pregnant, he let me move back home, drove me to the hospital to deliver my little angel and helped us grow up! he’s awesome!!!
When I was little we lived in southern california, and my dad used to take us on individual “daddy-daughter dates.” Sometimes they were expensive like to Knotts berry farm, or disneyland and other times just going to get an ice cream and to to the park. It is something that I loved as a kid, and now my husband and I are doing it with our three kids. It would be even more special to be able to record some of these moments! Thanks for the giveaway.
My dad would always give me a kiss before he left to work very early in the morning.
My dad walking me down the aisle twenty four years ago on my wedding day after he overcame many personal struggles to be there for me.
When I was little my dad used to take me to the library every two weeks to get books. I loved to read and his encouragement in that is something I value. He’d always help me find interesting books and it was a time I cherished.
I shared this on FB
I’ m loving all of these giveaways.
We went to Europe together and drove from Spain to Switzerland. Good memories.
My dad and I shared some very special moments lately when my mom passed away.
My husband and I had our second daughter this year. It was during a snow storm and our toddler who we had never been separated from was 40 minutes away with her Grandparents. We were snowed in this fancy hospital with pristine icsicles in the window and the most beautiful, or the second most beautiful baby, and maybe its a tie. But we’ve been blessed with two beautiful babies and my husband has been right there by my side each time. Its a good year for an outstanding father’s day gift!

Recenly my dad & I went to a concert, we had the most amazing time together but unfortuately someone stole my dads digital camera when he put it on his seat for a minute. I felt so bad but my dad didnt let it stop him from having an amazing night with me. I love you dad !
I love fishing memories with my dad!
This would be perfect to take videos of the new baby!
I love being outdoors with my dad. Fishing, etc.
My lasted favorite moment I shared with my hubby, was the celebration of our daughters graduation.
Camping has to be all the camping trips my dad took me on
Canoeing and camping are some of my favorite memories.
I did not grow up with my father at home. But a man who treated me like his own (he didn’t have children) would let me put hair barrettes, pigtails, or ponytails in his very thinning hair. 🙂
I’ll never forget standing in the waiting room with my dad just before he walked me down the aisle. My bouquet was shaking so bad he had to put both of his hands over mine.
There are many special memories with my Dad, but my fondest is the Father-Daughter dance at my wedding. That was one of the only times I cried that day and I still tear up when I think about it.
With my dad, it was all he shared with me during my wedding.
For my husband, it was telling him I was pregnant, then knowing it was a girl then him holding her non-stop at the hospital.

In his retirement my dad started to enjoy cooking. Now we enjoy going to the cookware outlets and eying out all the cool cookware.

One amazing memory that stands out is when I had my son, my dads first grandson. My son was born at 28 weeks, he wighed 2 lbs. 4.5 oz. When my dad held him for the first time in one hand, his hand over-powering my son. He had tears streaming down his face and said, “He may be small, but he will do big things.” My son has since grown, and he and my dad are really close.

My father was a big burly manly man who was an industrial mechanic at a large paper mill. He also was a modern dad decades before it was acceptable. Anyhow, when I was 6 or 7 my dad let me play beauty operator with him. He let me put curlers in his hair and polish his fingernails, plus he let me take a picture. When my mom saw the polish on his nails, she regrettably told him we were out of polish remover. Where we lived around 40 years ago there wasn’t any all night stores anywhere! My big burly manly man of a father had to go to work with fingernail polish the next day! Most men would have been mad, not him, he just laughed it off and said it was all a part of having a little girl.
I am not fortunate to have my father any longer, he passed when I was a teenager. So on Father’s Day I give my older brother a gift. He’s going to Alaska this summer, this would be a fantastic Father’s Day gift!
The dad in my life is my kids’ dad, my hubby. My dad passed away when I was 12. He would’ve loved my hubby! I have so many great memories. One of my favorites is when we took the kids to Six Flags. They had so much fun AND they were sooo tired at the end of the day!
When I was a kid my dad and I would enter our garden produce in open class at fair. The night before fair, my dad and I would pick all the pickles and cucumbers. We would measure each one then group them by length. Then he would inspection each pickle for color, shape and flaws–all most grading like diamonds! Finally we would have several different sizes of cucumbers and pickles to take to the fair. We would win 1st place every year. We beat out the pickle farmers that grew for Kuners and other national brands, and sold to local store.
Every time I think of my dad the first thing to pop into my mind is his exuberant love for Christmas. When I close my eyes I can still see him ripping open up his gifts like a little kid. The left had would grab the paper, the right hand too, then he pulled the wrapping in opposite ways with all his might. Then he’d hop up and do a happy dance. Christmas was when he got power tools; we called them “daddy toys”.
He never did lose his joyfulness for life through all he endured, the great depression, WWII, malaria, dengue fever, black widow bites, me as a teenager and chemo/radiation…until he passed on Christmas day.
Listening to him tell me about history …he was always teaching.
I remember when I was about 6 years old and my mom was in the hospital for a hysterectomy, my dad took my brother and I out on his boat and we had the best time that day on the boat, in the water, on the river bank. I wish I had a Flip camera then to capture that day.

My husband is a fantastic Dad.
One of my favorite memories of my dad is when he walked me down the aisle at my wedding. He was trying to get me to laugh and he whispered to me that we had to walk faster so my soon to be husband wouldn’t have time to change his mind.
I remember driving to Indiana with my dad to look at colleges…we had such a great time and spent the whole weekend together.
Every time I went to see my dad I would buy him scratch-off tickets. It would take him 10 minutes to scratch one ticket. We would sit and enjoy a cup of coffee because it took him so long. Win or lose he wanted to enjoy the moment.
I just remember how wonderful my Dad was when any of us 5 girls needed “feminine” products and he’s make a store run for us! That memory makes me smile! He’s such a great dad and I love him so much. Thank you for the chance to win.
My Dad came over to my house and taught me how to use a caulking gun to caulk my outdoor windows and garage door. I was trying to save money to do it myself and it was a really hot summer day and very uncomfortable. He told me I was doing a better job than he could have done, but I know better. He is such a great Dad.
woohoo! what a great gift!
Dancing at my wedding reception with my dad. I had cut all that formal all eyes on the bride while she fumbles on the dance floor stuff out of my wedding. But my dad asked the dj to play a song and he got his moment which turned out to be one of my favorite moments also.
I remember my dad calling me “Rinsky”…he is the only one who used that nickname.
Everything with my dad is memorable.
When I was growing up my Dad fixed EVERYTHING. My Barbies head broke off and he fixed it by sticking a AAA battery in the neck and head! It worked…LOL
While I didn’t appreciate it then, I am thankful he taught me to drive a stick shift!
We share the same birthday. He always made that special. He would say I was his birthday present. He’s also into taking lots of pictures.
my dad & i used to go on drives, and photograph the places we found. we once found this pig farm, and the farmer was SUPER nice and took us on a tour of his farm. got to see these little baby pigs, and he let me shoot photos of the whole farm. found out a month later that they had a really bad fire come thru in the summer, and pretty much destroy the farm. the pics we took he used to submit to his insurance, and was very thankful for them. we were just thankful to get to help but also to have an awesome day together on this great, locally owned, family farm!

My Dad and I share a lot of special times together. We both have a love of wildlife, gardening and fishing. It is always a joy to have special times with him where we can talk about what’s happening in our lives and have fun while doing it!!
We almost lost our 2nd daughter during her birth and when she came out and the doctor’s told us she was ok and a healthy 9 pounds 2 ounces I was relieved. My husband snatched her up and would not let her go and when I looked over at him and saw the look on his face when he was holding his baby girl I will never forget it.
The day my dad walked me down the aisle 37 years ago. Wish he was still Alive so we could share more wondeful memories
I have awesome Dad, he is caring , loving and full of life. I have so many great memories, from going camping to learning to drive . I am still daddy’s little girl, even now he is so much a part of our family lives, that my husband and him work together! I have been truely blessed:)
My dad and I used to get in water hose fights during the summer; I’d sneak up on him while he was mowing the lawn and blast him with the hose then he’d chase me, catch me and soak me with the hose. It was a lot of fun and it’d irritate my mom too, since we got so wet. 🙂
My husband and I had our first baby in February. Very awesome experience and fun new life we have! This will be his first Father’s Day as a father!
My Dad took my brother and I to Disney when I was 10…it was amazing and I’ll never forget it as long as I live!

MY DADDY IS FATHER GOD AND HE IS THE BEST EVER!!
The best moment I have shared with my husband is the day he became a dad 8 months ago.
It would have been great to have a video of the time my dad carried me across a field to where our car was parked after attending a high school football game. It had been raining and there were moments we thought we would both end up in the mud.
My father would spend every weekend with me participating in “Indian Princesses”, kind of like Scouts with an indian theme. We had so much fun and thinking about it always warms my heart. My dad would LOVE this camera!
my dad was my dad – he bailed me out, he helped me when I crashed my cars, was there for me when I had tears, helped me through college, and gave me the greatest gifts ever… he raised me! He enstilled in me all of his qualities, and as he ages I only hope to be able to care for him!
Will never forget him coaching my softball team from 2nd grade on.. He was a great coach!
When my dad gave me a hug and said, “I love you.” when we getting ready to head home after visiting them in Texas (snow birds).
Playing kickball in the backyard.
Fishing!
A very fond memory I have with my Dad is playing Hangman together as a child. For some reason or another, I thought I was so clever when I decided to use the word “spanish” and he played along with it even though I would use it all the time. Funny, I now have a minor in Spanish, haha!
I also posted about the giveaway on Facebook.

I loved going “hunting” with my dad which basically consisted of target shooting with a 22!
When I graduated college, he was so proud of me!
I remember my Dad showing up for a grade school awards ceremony – the only Dad among the moms.
Walking down the aisle on my wedding date
We didn’t have a lot of money when I was a kid, I remember watching and “helping” my dad spent hours making a wooden box from scratch, painting it and adding a lock to it, so that I would have a place to put my “special” things.

I remember two summer we traveled all over the United States and stayed at just about every KOA campground they have. We had great memories camping.
I remember going to Niagra Falls.
This looks amazing – can’t wait to try one out!!!
When I was little, I was afraid of thunder and lightening. Dad would come and sit with me and we’d watch together as he explained what it was all about.
Some of my favorite memories of my dad are working with him–doing the dishes while singing “She’ll be Coming Around the Mountain” and scrubbing our kitchen floors on hands and knees when my mom was pregnant with a younger sibling.
Sledding down Captree Hill. He ALWAYS carried the sled back up the hill for me. 🙂
my dad would help me with my car.
I will never forget my dad fighting tooth and nail against the surgeon that wanted to operate on my knee when I broke it at age 6. Turns out my dad was right.
My wedding. I’ll never forget the worry I faced thiking he might not make it. He was in the hospital up until that morning with a blood clot. We almost moved the wedding so he could be there. But in pain and all he was with me on that special day.
I tweeted about it.
I posted it on my facebook page.
My dad with my kids at the Grand Canyon
When I was just a baby, I had to be rushed to the emergency room because I couldn’t breathe due to a food allergy. My mom was at home with me and since she was only 19 didn’t know what to do. Miraculously my dad came home just as I was starting to turn blue. They rushed me to the hospital where the doctors had to pump my stomach and of course, they didn’t want to let either of my parents in the room. My dad refused and told them he was not leaving my side. He sat there holding my hand while they pumped my stomach and revived my tiny little body. I’m 23 years old now and having my own baby and I will never forget how much my dad cares for me. From the very beginning he’s been holding my hand through life and I can’t thank him enough for the countless times he’s “Saved my life”.

Hmmm… special moment would have to be him walking me down the aisle, not so much of an aisle since we got married at Old Faithful Lodge but still the same 🙂
When our 1st son was born, my dad bailed out of work & immediately drove the 4 hours to where we live just to be one of the 1st to see his new (& 1st!) grandkid.
The moment he walked me down the aisle. 🙂

A special moment I shared with my dad is when I was little I used to follow him around and try to help him work on things. No matter how aggravating it was for him he never got mad or tried to get me to go do something else!

My dad helped me make a model of the solar system for a 5th grade science fair. It turned out really great!
A great moment (or memory) is my first mission trip with my dad (and my oldest s0n) to Honduras!
Thanks for the chance to enter.
I do not get to see my dad very often as we live a 10000 miles apart so each time I do get to see him is special for me.
One of my favorite special moments with my dad was at my wedding as he kissed my cheek with tears in his eyes and handed me off to my husband. Since he is a pastor, he also married me and my husband, which made the moment even that more special. I love my dad. 🙂
One of the most memorable moments I shared with my dad was during an interschool Math competition during sixth grade. I entered the same competition during the previous year, and I lost due to my own mistakes. Because of that, I promised him that I would win the following year, no excuses. Before the announcement of the winner, my dad had this huge smile on his face, his eyes swimming in happiness, two thumbs-up signaled in the air. I will never forget how happy and proud he was that day.
My favorite moment with my dad was when he walked me down the aisle. I was super nervous and was walking really fast. He calmly told me to slow down and enjoy. He really helped 🙂
My dad hunts and one of the best times I have ever had with him was helping him cut up his deer. He was really happy and proud that i wasnt to “girly girl” to get a little messy and help him. It was great!

All my Memories of my Dad are special because he is not with us anymore. I cherish the videos I took of him because that is all I have left. I would use the camera to save more cherished memories for my kids so they have them when I am no longer around.
When I was 16, my dad bought a Corvette, and he let me drive it home!

We would go camping as a family. One that I can not forget is camping in the snow. Very cold but fun cause it was with my family and Dad.
My Dad would wake me up for meteor showers, comets and lunar eclipse. We would sit out in the country with the convertible down and count shooting stars. I still love to watch the stars and my kids are impressed by how well you see them in the country versus our city neighborhood.
I shared on Facebook too.
My favorite memory of my daughter with her daddy is every morning when he gets off work. She runs to the door when she hears his car pull in and she starts screaming with joy! I love watching their relationship develop.
My dad shows his love through acts of service… Like when he moved me to my first “real” job, in a big city.. I had no money so he loaded up our car, complete with mattress tied on top.. We looked like the Beverly Hillbillies, but nothing phases my dad!
The birth of our five kids would top all experiences with my husband :O)
My special moment is when my stepdad walked into my life after my real dad stepped out! He has been super great and he is who I call my dad today and when I had my daughter he asked if he could be her grandpa was the most awsome thing ever!
Father daughter dances 🙂
My world trip with my dad 🙂

Ahh! What a great device! My Dad used to talk me home from work when I had a 60 minute commute. We would share many details of our lives & I loved getting his advice. It was the one thing that made me sad when I moved to a job much closer to home with a very short commute
I enjoy watching my dad and father-in-law interact with my children.

I love watching my father playing with my children. Growing up, he worked so hard to support our family. Now he’s taking the opportunity to step back & to enjoy life a little more by playing with his grandchildren & being a part of their lives as much as possible, even from miles away.
I hae a lot of special times with my Dad. He taught me how to play baseball and basketball. He taught me about sports. He played Blackjack and Yahtzee with me so I could learn to count. He taught me to read.

I remember when my dad was trying to teach me to drive. It was a stick. He kept telling me to push on the gas and let out the clutch at the same time. I stalled it everytime. He couldn’t get why I couldn’t get it. Then he showed me. I told him he was pressing the gas down then letting the clutch out. During all this time he had a bad back and I was tearing up his back because of all the jerking. We still laugh about it today.
I just posted your comment on my FB page about your giveaway.
I have only one memory on my Dad so, I guess it would be my special memory. I was very very young and he bought me an indian doll that rolled around on the floor and beat the drums with smoke coming out of it’s pipe..Needless to say, I was scared to death..LOL.. My mom had to hide the doll for many years before I was no longer affraid!!
