These type of rebates usually get promoted alongside store promotions like extra care bucks or register rewards deals. When this rebate was available earlier this year there were several register rewards or extra care bucks offers to go with it making it for a really good deal on these.
Update: From what I have read try printing the rebate form on its own. Don’t “clip” any other coupons when you “clip” to print the rebate form.
