At the Webinar last night there were tons of questions about “Catalina coupons” so I thought it would be great to give a refresher on them! Catalina Category Marketing (CCM) rewards purchases of promoted products with “catalinas,” also known as “check-out coupons.” These offer incentives good on your next shopping trip to that retailer.
There is usually a 4-week window on any given program/incentive promotion. Most catalina coupons are manufacturer’s coupons, but they can also be store coupons. Sometimes they will have a store logo on them, but if they say manufacturer coupon on them, they can be used at most places.
How can you find out about the catalina promotions currently available at your store?
- Look for shelf tags in your store that advertise these catalinas.

- You may also get print outs at checkout that advertise and give you details on these offers.
- Your weekly store ad will also list any offers available
