Yesterday was the first day my grocery store doubled coupons. I ended up with free chex mix, cereal and ice cream! (I am doing the happy dance about that one. My husband is doing the happy dance for the brownie mix ). I got all of this for $8.71. The total should have been $6.46. But I didn’t notice until I got home that three of the coupons didn’t double for the full dollar but 25 cents only. Now I have to bring my receipt to customer service desk to get it sorted out.
Almost everything is for the stockpile, except for the salad, grapes, potatoes and eggs.
Then I went to Kmart where I got this for 46 cents since I used the $10 catalina I got last week to pay for it.
