I know it’s not quite March yet, but my grocery store’s weekly ad reminded me that March is Frozen Food month. During this month many stores run different promotions on frozen food items. In fact, my grocery store (Stop & Shop) is already advertising the one they will be running all month long.
Some of these promotions can be great for stocking up. Last year my favorite was Spend $25 and get a $10 off coupon good on your next purchase. After doubled coupons and other discounts I was able to stock up the freezer for a fraction of the cost.
Other stores like Jewel are famous for offering free coupons when you buy a freezer. Just keep an eye out on your weekly add for special promotions on frozen items and I hope we are all able to stock the freezer for less.
