Hey there Get Away today customers! As you probably already know, the Disneyland Resort has extended their closure until further notice.
If you booked a travel package through Get Away Today, though, no worries!
Get Away Today is waiving all rescheduling fees for travel this year and into 2021. If you need to reschedule, call an agent at 855-GET-AWAY (9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday) or send them a direct message on Facebook or Instagram any time. Agents are responding to messages and trying to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible, although, they are trying to help customers with travel scheduled in the next few days first.
If you purchased the Kids Spring ticket special, which was originally valid through May 21 of this year, the travel dates have been extended through December 15, 2020. The entirety of the ticket needs to be used by this date, and it will no longer be valid after December 15, 2020.
Now, the big question on some of your minds has to be “when is a good time to reschedule?” Since it’s almost impossible to know when Disneyland will reopen and we can all travel freely, there’s really no good answer. But, I’m thinking that an end of summer trip before school starts back up in the fall sounds like a great way to blow off some steam when this all blows over. Halloween Time and Holiday celebrations at Disneyland are also extraordinarily magical times as well!

Put down just $175 and you can make your own payment schedule for travel through 2021, and the final payment will be due just seven days prior to your travel dates!
