Did you catch our list yesterday of sneaky places to find awesome deals on Christmas gifts? We all know we can hop online to shop or go to your nearest big box store, but I am all about finding the best, uncommon places to find deals on Christmas gifts.
I like saving money and making my loved ones smile with good gifts and this is how I can do both!
- Drug Stores. If you have been following this site for long, you have seen plenty of awesome deals on razors, shave cream, hair products, etc. These make EXCELLENT gifts! Don’t believe me? Gather all of these goodies and place them into a basket from the dollar store and you have an awesome spa-type gift basket that you spent very little on.
- FB Marketplace. Lots of people buy things that they never use and then forget to return them so they try to sell them on FB Marketplace. A quick scroll of marketplace items will reveal some seriously good deals on new stuff!
- Flea Markets. Full disclosure. I don’t love shopping at flea markets. I don’t like it at all, but I fully acknowledge that you can find some seriously amazing deals on all kinds of items at flea markets.
- Craft store. Head to the craft store and check out their clearance items. I have found some of my best deals ever there. Here is an idea of the deals I found at my local Michael’s last year at Christmas:
- 5 Scentsy-type wax warmers – $1.49 each
- 10 wax cute sets – $0.49 each
- 4 Paint your own birdhouse kit – $1.29 each
