This morning I convinced my husband to come with me and help me shop (very unwillingly I may add). With him I bought the things that I needed for the home: dish washing detergent, floor cleaners, etc. Then after everyone had lunch and was down for a nap I went back to the store (only one mile away) to do six more transactions.
This is what I have gotten so far:
9 Cascade dishwasher detergent (mix of gel and powder) ($2.50 each)
1 Mr clean floor cleaner ($2.50 each)
2 Swiffer wet pads refill ($3.50 each)
2 Charmin wipes ($1.99 each)
2 Charmin 6 roll toilet paper ($2.99 each)
2 Aveeno shaving cream ($3.99 each)
2 Jif Peanut Butter ($1.67 each)
4 CG eyebrow pencils ($2.99 first, 50% off second one)
4 CG lipglosses ($3.79 first, 50% off second one)
4 CG bronzers ($3.99 first, 50% off second one)
4 Venus Embrace razors ($9.99 each)
4 Crest toothpaste ($2.50 each)
2 foam swords for the boys ($2.50 each)
6 Nestle Nips for my mom ($1.00 each)
For total merchandise value of $146.52 + Tax
I have charged $29.01 on a gift card and used two $10 Register Rewards from the aveeno offer a couple of weeks ago and have $42 in register rewards in my wallet. In essence all of this has cost me $7.01.
I am still waiting to see if the toothpaste and Charmin wipes I pre-ordered come to the store. If they do, I will have 18 more tubs of wipes and 27 tubes of toothpaste for $22.08 charged on a gift card and $100 in register Rewards. But again, this depends on whether or not my pre-order gets here. If not I am out of luck. So let’s not count the chicklets before they hatch.
Sorry about the lack of picture but I had put away some of the things before I could take it.
